Young Kim is a Health Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and serves as the Associate Head for Research at the Purdue University Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering. Currently, Young is also a University Faculty Scholar and Showalter Faculty Scholar at Purdue University. Additionally, Young is the Chief Scientific Officer and Founder of HemaChrome, LLC, which developed a mobile health technology for painless blood hemoglobin testing. Young is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University.
