Temitope Afolayan

Temitope Afolayan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Temitope is currently working as an Investment Director at CDC Group plc since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Director - Loan Syndications, Africa at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2015 to September 2019. Temitope also worked as a Vice President/Head Anglophone Africa at Ecobank Development Company from September 2010 to June 2015. Before that, they were a Business Development Manager - Client Coverage at Standard Bank Group from June 2009 to September 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Banking Operations Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) from July 2008 to May 2009, a Relationship Manager at Zenith Bank Plc from March 2003 to September 2007, and a Relationship Manager at United Bank For Africa PLC from July 2000 to July 2001.

Temitope Afolayan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Ibadan from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2007 to 2008, Temitope completed a Master's Degree in Energy Finance at CEPMLP, University of Dundee in the United Kingdom.
