John Kelting

John Kelting has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in finance and investment. John'smost recent position was as the Chief Credit Officer at CDC Group plc, where they have been serving since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for CDC Group plc from 2016 to 2021. In 2016, they co-founded Ready 4 School Rwanda, an educational initiative. John also served as the Chairman and Investor at Mega Adventure and as a Trustee at Rianna's Fund. John Kelting's earlier career included notable positions such as Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank (1998-2013) and Head of UK Leverage Finance at BNP Paribas (1991-1998). John also worked as an Investment Controller at 3i Group plc (1988-1990) and as an International Officer at HSBC Global Banking and Markets (1983-1987). John began their career as a Tutor in Economic Statistics at the University of Exeter in 1982. Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Investment Committee at Social and Sustainable Capital since March 2017.

- In 1982, they started studying at the University of Exeter, pursuing an MA in Economics of Finance and Investment. John completed this program in 1983.
