New England Certified Development Corporation (dba CDC New England) provides SBA 504 loans thoughout New England.  We have offices in Wakefield, MA; Hartford, CT; Providence, RI, and Portland, ME.  SBA 504 loans are used for the acquisition, renovation, and construction of commercial, owner-occupied real estate, as well as the acquisition of new and used machinery and equipment. These loans provide 90% financing with low 20-year fixed rates for real estate and low 10-year fixed rates for equipment.
