We benefit from a skill base with over 50 years combined Technical Due Diligence experience that is drawn from international best practice and follows the high standards of our Royal Charter organisation.  We have acted upon some of the financially largest and most complex transactions in Australian history, which defines us as one of the most experienced Technical Due Diligence consultants nationally.

CDC is the only property consultancy in Australia specialising primarily in Technical Due Diligence.  The core skills within CDC are the technical assessment of the physical condition of commercial property.  The output from which is determined by the clear understanding of our clients’ strategies.  A key technical competency within CDC is the ability to provide a commercial view of circumstance and information.
