Charles Rath is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Business Unit Management, and Program Management. Currently serving as the National Director for Federal Government, Defence and Intelligence at CDC, Charles has previously held roles including Associate Director at Avaya and Account Executive at DXC Technology. They have demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth in competitive environments. In addition to their professional endeavors, Charles is active in the community as a board member of a not-for-profit organization in the sporting sector.
