Dave Collins

Dave Collins is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and corporate services. Most recently, Dave served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CDC Data Centres from September 2023 to April 2025. Prior roles include Program Talent Acquisition Advisor at the University of Canberra (January 2023 - September 2023), Lead Consultant & Team Leader at Capital Recruit Pty Ltd (August 2020 - December 2022), and Corporate Services Specialist at abrs - Australian Barnardos Recruitment Service (September 2019 - August 2020). Alongside a successful recruitment career, Dave has been active in the performing arts as a singer, vocal coach, and actor since June 2009. Dave holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre from the Australian Institute of Music, completed in December 2014.
