Matt Salisbury has extensive experience in technical and training roles within the electrotechnology and service sectors. From October 2004 to February 2011, Matt worked as an Electrician at Maple Electrics, eventually moving to Miele ANZ where roles included Service Technician, Technical Training & Development Facilitator, and Senior Service Technician from 2011 to 2015. After a brief tenure as an Insulation Safety Inspector at CSR Limited in early 2011, Matt rejoined Miele Australia as a Technical Training Manager from September 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Matt serves as an Academy Specialist at CDC since February 2025, while also working as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Sydney Water from July 2023 to February 2025. Matt holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Electrotechnology from TAFE NSW.
