Edmond Blagdon

Edmond Blagdon is an experienced technology and project management professional currently serving as Chief Information Officer at CDCRC since June 2024. Prior to this role, Edmond held the position of SOMS Communications Director at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from May 2009 to June 2024, leading the Strategic Offender Management System project aimed at consolidating databases and automating processes.
