Ricky Sharp

Ricky Sharp is a seasoned Network Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience at CDE Lightband, where responsibilities have included managing the FTTH/Broadband network, which serves more than 64,000 homes. Ricky began as a Tier 2 Network Technician, progressing to Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer, focusing on carrier-grade equipment to deliver Gigabit Internet, IPTV, and VoIP solutions in Clarksville, TN. Prior to this role, Ricky served as a Sergeant and Platoon Leader in the United States Marine Corps for six years, including a combat tour in Fallujah, Iraq, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Austin Peay State University.
