Jeffrey Schmidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business strategy and management. Since October 2007, Jeffrey has served as the Executive Managing Director/CEO and Board Member at CDI Global M&A, also holding the position of Regional Managing Director and Partner. Prior to that, Jeffrey founded and owned Third Path Consulting Group from May 2003 to May 2007, specializing in strategy and business performance improvement. Jeffrey's earlier career includes a lengthy tenure at Cresap, McCormick and Paget/Towers Perrin from August 1977 to April 2003, where Jeffrey was the Managing Director of the Strategy, Management, and Organization Consulting Division, also serving as a Board Member and Chief Innovation Officer. Additionally, Jeffrey was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and served as a Captain in the US Army from July 1973 to July 1977. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
