Wenty Liu

Wenty Liu is a seasoned professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Global M&A Advisory Manager for the Greater China Area at CDI Global M&A since May 2012, focusing on cross-border deals in financial services, Fin-tech, and healthcare sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Key Project Manager at Broadhaven Capital Partners, where Wenty led a significant cross-border investment project between China and Brazil for a major Brazilian bank. Wenty's career began at CMC Markets as a Dealer/Trader, gaining valuable trading experience at one of the largest financial derivatives firms in the UK. Wenty holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
