Els Janssens is currently the CDISC Open Rules Program Manager and has held various roles in data management at SGS Life Science Services since 2016. They have a strong background in managing clinical data across Phases I, II, and III trials, focusing on study set-up, conduct, and database management. Els received their Master's in Cellular Biotechnology from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master's in Industrial Sciences with a specialization in Biotechnology from De Nayer Instituut Sint Katelijne Waver. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Data Management Leader at Galapagos and contributed as a Research Associate and Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of Antwerp.
