Alexandra (Alix) Darrow has over three decades of extensive legal experience in various roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Technology Transactions at CDK Global since October 2014, Alexandra specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier agreements related to SaaS and IT services. Prior to this, Alexandra was Senior Corporate Counsel at ADP, providing legal support for digital marketing initiatives and negotiating commercial agreements for significant revenue operations. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Counsel for Nokia, where Alexandra facilitated high-value telecommunications agreements, and as Associate Counsel at Aflac, managing litigation and diverse contracts. Earlier roles involved litigation at Austin E. Catts & Associates and coordination of educational tours and arts initiatives. Alexandra holds a JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Art History from Duke University.
