Michael Silhavy

Michael Silhavy is a seasoned pricing analyst with extensive experience in deal desk operations and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Deal Desk Pricing Analyst at CDK Global since July 2022, Michael employs a quantitative, data-driven approach to analyze and approve offerings while influencing deal structures to manage risks and optimize financial outcomes. Prior to this role, Michael spent seven years at S&P Construction as a Project Management–Cost Controls and Contract Compliance Analyst, where responsibilities included developing cost control analyses and creating reports for executive leadership. Michael's career began at Verizon Business, where a decade-long tenure involved various roles in global and regional business development and strategic pricing, focusing on driving complex deals to closure and collaborating with multiple internal teams to support sales processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus on Econometrics from Eastern Illinois University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
