As the Australian-based division of international real estate company City Developments Limited, we create world-class and sustainable residential and retail spaces.

Founded in Singapore in 1963, CDL has a network spanning 103 locations in 29 countries with a stable and geographically diverse portfolio that includes residential, office, hotel and retail components. The group has developed more than 43,000 homes and has been named one of the Global 100 most sustainable corporations for 11 consecutive years.

In Australia, we have four significant developments already in the pipeline, including a major DA-approved masterplanned project called Brickworks Park in Brisbane's inner north-west.
