Scot MacDonell has a long and varied work experience in the medical device industry. Scot most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at CDL Nuclear Technologies. Prior to that, they held multiple executive roles at CardioFocus, including Vice President of US Commercial and Vice President of US Sales. Before CardioFocus, MacDonell worked as the Vice President of Sales at Attis Healthcare, LLC, where they led a nationwide distribution network and partnered with genetic and pathogen testing companies. Scot also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at EM1 Labs and as the VP Sales - Americas at AtCor Medical. Among their earlier experiences, MacDonell held various leadership positions at St. Jude Medical and Guidant Corporation. Overall, MacDonell has demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, market development, strategic planning, and business development within the medical device industry.

Scot MacDonell has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Texas A&M University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Additionally, Scot has a certification as a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist from the Heart Rhythm Society.
