Emma Hodson

Emma Hodson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and programme management, particularly within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Programme Manager at CDL Software since October 2017, Emma has progressed through various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Previous experience includes project management positions at Freedom Finance Ltd, PDHL Limited, and Bridgebank Capital, where Emma has successfully delivered business change projects, enhanced customer journeys, and managed complex change requests while applying Prince 2 and Agile methodologies. Emma holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Wolverhampton and has a strong background in marketing and operational management, having also held key positions in marketing and call center management earlier in the career.
