Katie Clarke

Katie Clarke has worked for various companies throughout their career. Katie is currently employed at CDL Software as a Technical Delivery Lead, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ashfield Health, part of UDG Healthcare, where they held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager from August 2019 to September 2022.

Before that, Katie worked at Ashfield Healthcare Communications (AHC) as Service Desk Team Lead from April 2015 to September 2022. Katie also has experience working at KnowledgePoint360 Group as a Service Desk Technician from May 2006 to April 2015, and as an Administrator/PA from May 2006 to September 2007.

Earlier in their career, Katie had roles at AstraZeneca as an Administrator/PA from May 2002 to May 2006, and as a Fleet Administrator from an unspecified period to 2005. Katie also worked at Simon Carves as a Project Secretary from July 2001 to May 2002.

Katie Clarke obtained a Diploma in Admin & Secretarial Procedures from Stockport College in the year 2001-2002. Prior to that, they received an NVQ L2 in Business Administration from Macclesfield College in the year 2000-2001. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in September 2023 and the Service Desk Institute (SDI) Service Desk Manager (SDM) from APMG International in 2018.
