Laura Georgious

Laura Georgious is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing strategic learning initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at CDL Software since August 2017, Laura has spearheaded the learning agenda in collaboration with business leaders. Previously, Laura worked as a Learning and Organisational Development Partner at Capita Customer Management, where a successful Management Cultural Change development programme was introduced, and multiple leadership development initiatives were executed. In earlier roles, Laura led training and development efforts at Allied Bakeries, Camelot, and the Environment Agency, including management training programmes and compliance with health and safety standards. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool and various certifications in leadership and development methodologies.
