Manshah Yousaf

Manshah Yousaf has a diverse work experience in various information security and risk management roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at CDL Software since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Security Manager at wejo from March 2019 to March 2022.

In 2018, they held the position of Group IT Manager and Head of Security and Compliance at Luxfer, where they were responsible for IT strategy and compliance across the global operation. From September 2016 to April 2018, Manshah Yousaf worked as a Senior Information Security and Risk Consultant at NBrown, managing the information security portfolio and leading risk and value management activities.

Before that, they held a short-term consultancy position at BBC as an Information Security Specialist, where they created a threat landscape portfolio and developed new security policies based on ISO standards. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Cyber Security and Risk Consultant at Barclays Bank, providing advice and guidance on securing products and mitigating cyber risks.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Digital Systems Analyst at Great Places Housing Group and held the role of MIS at Halcrow. Overall, Manshah Yousaf has a strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance across various industries.

Manshah Yousaf's educational history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General, obtained from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Post Grad degree in Business Administration from the same university between 2018 and 2020. Manshah also holds a MSC degree in Computer forensics from Liverpool John Moores University, attained from 2010 to 2012, and a BSC Hons degree in Business computing from the University of Hull from 2002 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Manshah has obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in June 2010 and an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate in October 2007. They also hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services, acquired in December 2020. Additionally, Manshah is a CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certified by ISACA.
