Ross McDonald is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at CDL Software since December 2021, Ross oversees around 100 engineers across 11 teams focused on insurance broker software development, quality control, and operations in AWS. Previously, Ross held the position of Software Development Manager at Sorted Group, managing the technical development of multiple products, and served as Development Manager at Iceland Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing customer-facing web platforms for the eCommerce sector.
