Andrew McLean

Andrew McLean is an experienced professional currently serving as a Transportation Policy Specialist at CDM Smith since August 2021. Previously, Andrew held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the Maine Superior Court from August 2020 to August 2021. Notably, Andrew was elected to four terms as a State Representative for Gorham and Scarborough from November 2012 to August 2020, chairing both the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation and the Blue Ribbon Commission on Transportation Funding Reform. Andrew's career also includes serving as the Coordinator of Student Conduct at the University of Southern Maine from July 2011 to July 2017. Academically, Andrew earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law and holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Plymouth State University.
