Arslan Khalid, CFM, has a diverse background in water resources engineering, with extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, project management, and academic support. Starting as a Site Engineer at National Logistics Cell, Arslan contributed to the construction of culverts along the highway section of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Arslan further developed expertise as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and gained practical insights through internships and research roles, including work on stormwater structures and flooding potentials at the Flood Hazards Research Lab. As a Water Resources Engineer II at AtkinsRéalis, Arslan provided technical expertise for over 100 projects under FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program, later advancing to positions such as Water Resources Engineer III at VHB and currently Water Resources Engineer IV at CDM Smith, focusing on hydraulic modeling and compliance with environmental regulations. Arslan holds a degree from the Volgenau School of Engineering, George Mason University.
