Arslan Khalid, CFM, has a diverse background in water resources engineering, with extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, project management, and academic support. Starting as a Site Engineer at National Logistics Cell, Arslan contributed to the construction of culverts along the highway section of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Arslan further developed expertise as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and gained practical insights through internships and research roles, including work on stormwater structures and flooding potentials at the Flood Hazards Research Lab.
