Barbara Melcher

Barbara Melcher is an experienced Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith since August 2006, where management of large, multi-disciplined projects across extensive geographical areas and oversight of project teams comprising up to 25 individuals has been a key focus. Prior to this role, Barbara served as a Project Engineer at AECOM from July 2003 to May 2006. Barbara holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1997 and 1998, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa, completed from 1993 to 1997.
