Benjamin A. Bennett, Ph.D., PMP, currently serves as the Federal Client Service Leader at CDM Smith since November 2023. Previously, Bennett held significant leadership roles within the US Army Corps of Engineers, including Commander of the Puerto Rico Power Stabilization Task Force and Commander of the Wilmington District from July 2020 to July 2023. Other notable positions include Director of Engineering / Chief of Construction at USCENTCOM and Commander of the 54th Engineer Battalion in the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. Bennett's extensive military experience is complemented by advanced education, including a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, and multiple master's degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management.
