Brian Leto

Brian Leto is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CDM Smith since August 2022, Leto previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Parsons Corporation from July 2016 to August 2022. Prior to this, Leto worked as a Principal Civil Engineer at Arcadis from January 2009 to May 2016 and at Malcolm Pirnie from 1998 to 2009, where responsibilities included project engineering and providing design and engineering services during construction. Early in Leto's career, roles included Environmental Engineer positions at Egli & Gompf and Radian Corporation, focusing on water treatment and groundwater systems. Leto holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
