Christopher Mwalwanda is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in traffic and revenue services. Currently, Christopher serves as a National Technical Strategy Leader and Vice President at CDM Smith, a position held since April 2014. Prior roles at CDM Smith include National Traffic and Revenue Director and Texas Traffic and Revenue Associate-in-Charge, where Christopher led the Toll Finance and Technology Division. With a solid foundation in transportation modeling, Christopher has contributed to significant projects such as the Midwest Regional Rail Initiative and various high-speed rail studies across North America. Christopher holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering and Economics from the University of Toronto.
