Colin Fleming

Colin Fleming is an accomplished transportation planner currently working at CDM Smith since February 2021. Previously, Colin held several roles at Metro Strategies, Inc. from May 2014 to August 2020, including Vice President of Planning and Public Involvement, Director of Planning and Public Involvement, and Project Manager, with a focus on public involvement and environmental assessments. Colin's earlier experience includes a position as a Transportation Planner at SEH from June 2010 to April 2014, as well as a Development Associate role at Cream City Foundation, where responsibilities included program management, grant writing, and community relations. Colin's career began at United Way of Dane County from 2005 to 2008, focusing on community relations and program management. Colin holds a master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
