David Heiser

David Heiser has extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, serving at CDM Smith since October 1988 in various roles including Resident Construction Engineer and Senior Environmental Engineer. David has also contributed as Outreach Chair for NC AWWA-WEA from 1987 to 2010 and held the title of PENC Fellow from 1986 to 2010. Additionally, David served as Senior Environmental Specialist at McKim & Creed from 2003 to 2009. David Heiser earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University between 1971 and 1975.
