Deborah Ross

Deborah Ross serves as the Vice President and Client Service Leader at CDM Smith since July 2022, focusing on consulting engineering in the water sector, which encompasses planning, optimization, GHG reduction, energy recovery, asset management, operational support, and design and construction services related to water and wastewater treatment. Prior to this role, Deborah held significant positions including Wastewater Market Sector Lead at Jacobs from September 2014 to July 2022, Vice President of Water and Wastewater at CIMA+ from April 2011 to September 2014, and Waste Water Market Sector Manager at AECOM from 2007 to 2011. Deborah holds a Master of Applied Science in Civil (Water and Wastewater) Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
