Dee Warren Cartwright, PMP, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in environmental project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CDM Smith since December 2000, Dee has held various leadership roles including Vice President, Delivery Director, and Vice President, EPA Delivery Leader. Prior to CDM Smith, Dee worked as a Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from August 1998 to December 2000. Educationally, Dee holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Midwestern State University.
