Hardi Patel

Hardi Patel is a Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies across various companies. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at CDM Smith since February 2025, Hardi focuses on improving recruitment processes in electrical engineering and expanding into business development and construction projects.
