Jesse Thomas, AICP, is a seasoned transportation planner with expertise in urban planning and community outreach. Currently working at CDM Smith since April 2022, Jesse previously honed skills at Sam Schwartz, where responsibilities included conducting corridor studies and developing web maps for community feedback. Prior roles include serving as an urban planner at the University of Illinois Research Park, leading master planning efforts, and a Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship at the U.S. Department of Transportation, focusing on transit ridership analysis. Additional experience spans design concepts for public spaces with SWA Group, consulting roles at Deloitte, and intelligence analysis in various capacities.
