John Ingle

John Ingle, P.E. is a seasoned construction manager currently employed at CDM Smith since September 2023. Previously, John held the position of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at American Contracting and Environmental Services from August 2020 to September 2023. John’s extensive experience includes serving in the US Navy from May 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities encompassed being both the Civil Engineer Corps North Accessions Officer and the Company Commander for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11, overseeing horizontal construction and the maintenance of over 700 pieces of Civil Engineering Support Equipment. Additionally, John served as the Construction Manager for MCB Quantico Public Works Department and as Site Production Officer at NSF Dahlgren Public Works Department, managing facility maintenance and support operations. John's early experience includes roles as a Student Naval Flight Officer and sailing instructor for Naval Academy Midshipmen. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy between 2007 and 2011.
