John McGuiggin

John McGuiggin, PE, PMP, CGFM, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith, where they lead complex environmental engineering projects. With prior experience as a Civil/Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at the US Department of Transportation, they managed significant initiatives, including the EPA's Superfund Redevelopment Initiative. They also held key roles at EG&G Environmental Services and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, where they established and implemented project management standards. McGuiggin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Babson College, and a Master of Science in Civil-Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University.
