Josh Bomar, PE, is currently the Dams and Levees Discipline Leader - East at CDM Smith, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Josh served in various roles at the US Army Corps of Engineers from 2016 to 2022, including Chief of Geology and Acting Dam Safety Program Manager.
