Kay Au is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently employed at CDM Smith since August 2025. Previously, Kay held the position of Student Engineer at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for a brief period in early 2025. Kay has also contributed to research as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the UCLA Civil and Environmental Engineering Department from September 2022 to June 2025 and served as an Academic Tutor at MyMentor concurrently. Additionally, Kay gained practical experience as a Product Development Engineer Intern at Henkel during the summer of 2024. Educationally, Kay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at UCLA, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a High School Diploma from San Gabriel High School.
