Matthew Goss

Matthew Goss, PE, PMP, CEM, CEA, CDSM, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and MEP & Energy Practice Leader at CDM Smith, a position held since July 2002. In this role, Matthew is responsible for the strategic development and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, and energy-related initiatives, collaborating with a matrixed team to leverage technical resources and digital solutions. Previous positions at CDM Smith include Vice President/Associate and Principal Mechanical Engineer, where Matthew significantly contributed to the company’s business and technical strategy in energy services. Matthew also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Plant Engineering Magazine. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Production & Operations Management from the RPI Lally School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
