Matthew Lilly

Matthew Lilly, MSCE, CCM, PE, is an accomplished project manager and engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently employed at CDM Smith since September 2018, Matthew has previously held key positions such as Area Construction Engineer at West Virginia DOT from May 2003 to September 2018, and Project Engineer at L.A. Gates Company and Britton Engineering across various tenures between June 1993 and December 2002. Matthew possesses a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology (1989-1993) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Marshall University (1994-2000).
