Michael Fendrick

Michael Fendrick serves as a Client Service Leader at CDM Smith since May 2023, and as a Senior Project Manager and Transportation Engineer since March 2022, focusing on transportation and highway projects in North and South Carolina. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Vice President and Raleigh Operations Manager at ATCS, P.L.C., where Michael successfully established a new office and specialized in transportation design and traffic engineering. Michael's extensive background includes roles such as Project Operations Manager and Traffic & Transportation Engineering Supervisor at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, where responsibilities included overseeing projects in the Carolinas. Michael also served as a Senior Transportation Engineer and Planner at The Louis Berger Group and held various positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff, leading traffic engineering efforts. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Traffic Engineer and Transportation Modeler at Bellomo-McGee, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
