Michael Frommer

Michael Frommer has a diverse work experience in the engineering and water/wastewater industry. Michael most recently served as the Vice President and Senior Client Service Leader at CDM Smith. Prior to that, they held the role of Midwest Strategic Growth Lead - Water at Arcadis. From 2016 to 2021, Michael was the County Administrator for Delaware County, Ohio, where they also served as the Executive Director of the Delaware County Regional Sewer District.
