Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is an Associate at CDM Smith, where they currently serve as the Technical Delivery Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region and lead the Climate Resilience Discipline in Stormwater. With extensive experience as a civil engineering consultant, they have held roles as a Technical Manager at Nolte Associates Inc. and Black & Veatch, as well as Deputy Program Manager and Water Resources Engineer at Earth Tech. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
