Michael Plagens, AICP, PMP, currently serves as a Project Management and Commercial Leader and previously held the position of Senior Transportation Planner at CDM Smith from May 2010 to the present. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Transportation Planner at RS&H from June 1998 to May 2010. Michael holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Cartography, both from Florida State University, with degrees obtained between 1994 and 1998.
