Monica Cha

Monica Cha, PMP, currently serves as the Program and Construction Management Regional Team Leader and Project Controls Manager at CDM Smith since April 2020. Prior experience includes positions as the Program Change Management Lead and Senior Cost Engineer at WSP USA, contributing to the California High-Speed Railway Program from November 2018 to April 2020. Monica Cha also worked as a Project Controls Specialist at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. and Fluor Enterprises, and gained early experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at Risk Management Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
