Niraj Bhoir

Niraj Bhoir, PMP®, is a Construction Specialist II at CDM Smith, engaged in the LEAD FREE DC project aimed at replacing lead pipes for 40,000 residential houses in Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Niraj served as a Project Engineer at Aves Construction Corp, assisting in luxury residential and road restoration projects while facilitating stakeholder coordination through Procore. Niraj has also held a position as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on the structural evaluation of Polymeric Spray Applied Pipe Lining. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Vijay Gurav and Associates, where oversight of construction processes and resource management were key responsibilities. Niraj holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and VIVA Institute of Technology, respectively.
