Peter Rynkiewicz

Peter Rynkiewicz is an experienced environmental engineer currently serving as a project manager for water and wastewater treatment and distribution/collection projects at CDM Smith since September 2005. Peter has a military background, having served as a Major in the United States Army Reserve from May 1992 to April 2016, and held the position of Officer-in-Charge for the Kunduz Resident Office with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from April 2012 to February 2013. Additionally, Peter was deployed to Iraq as a J3/5 Plans Officer with the Multi-National Security Transition Command from April 2008 to March 2009. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineer at Parsons and a Project Engineer at Bohler Engineering, as well as serving as an Assistant Public Health Engineer at the Cortland County Health Department. Peter holds a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1992.
