Richard E Culler

Richard E Culler, PE, PMP, is a highly experienced Senior Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at CDM Smith, holding this position since September 2004. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Project Manager at BP Barber (now part of URS Corporation) from October 2000 to May 2004. Richard's earlier career includes serving as District Engineer for SJWD Water District from April 1995 to September 2000 and as Staff Engineer at Spartanburg Water from September 1990 to April 1995. Additionally, Richard worked as an Engineering Associate for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control from June 1985 to September 1990 and began as a Sales Engineer at The Fluorocarbon Company from August 1984 to June 1985. Richard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of South Carolina (1979-1984) and pursued post-graduate work toward a Master of Public Administration at Clemson University (1999-2000).
