Robert Hamilton

Robert Hamilton, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robert began their career in 2003 as a Senior Medic/Team Sergeant in the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, where they served until 2007. Following this, they joined the NJ/NY Army National Guard and served as a Station Commander for a decade until 2017. In 2010, Robert also worked as a Military Entrance Processing Station Liaison in the US Army for three years.

Transitioning to the corporate world, Robert joined Ryder System, Inc. in 2017 and held the position of Recruiter II and Account Manager until 2019. Robert then joined Milton CAT as a Senior Recruiter from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company.

From 2021 to 2022, Robert held various recruiting roles, starting with the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at Ryder System, Inc. until 2021. Robert then worked as the Recruiting Team Lead at CognITek Group until 2022.

Currently, Robert is working as the Lead Recruiter at CDM Smith, starting in 2022. With their extensive experience in recruiting, military service, and insurance, Robert brings a valuable skillset to their role.

Robert Hamilton, MBA pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2020 to 2022 at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Roger Williams University during the period of 2010 to 2013.
