Robyn Williams

Robyn Williams, EIT, CFM, is a Civil Engineer at CDM Smith since September 2022, with prior experience as an Engineering Specialist IV at the Texas Water Development Board, where management of HUC-8 scale 2D HEC-RAS models and liaison support between consultants and the agency was performed. Before that, Robyn worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa, focusing on hydrologic modeling for nitrate-nitrogen reduction. Additional experience includes an Environmental Lab Analyst role at AnalySys Inc, where EPA testing methods were utilized, and a Sales/Purchasing position at East End Ink. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a Minor in Biochemistry from Texas State University. Robyn also holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Cedar Valley College.
